What products are sold?

Is shipping free?

Free shipping applies only when it is shown as eligible at checkout. The checkout total is controlling.

How long does an order take?

Normal processing is about 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery in transit is 3–5 business days and is not guaranteed.

Can I return a change-of-mind or wrong-choice purchase?

Yes. Within 30 days after delivery, request a mail return or exchange for a non-defective item. It must be new, unused, in original condition, and include its original packaging, tags, and accessories. The free return label is included in the package, and there is no restocking fee.

What if the item is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete?

Contact us with the order number, checkout email, description, and photos or video of the item and packaging. Defective and non-defective returns and exchanges are accepted under the Refund Policy.

When is a refund processed?

An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 10 days.
